蛭石加水 密閉播種 我把種子分兩組 一組用刀子在遠離凹入處的地方切一刀 一組不切
我似乎忘記給刀片消毒了。

Vermiculite and water sealed sawing. divide seed into two group 15 each.
Make a small cut away from hilum using hobby knife,the other group didn't.
I seem to forget to disinfect the blade.



影片中的教學是切在凹入處的，那邊是胚的位置，我怕傷到胚，所以改成在離胚遠的地方切一刀。
The vide cut near hilum, there is the location of the embryo, I am afraid to hurt the embryo, so i cut differently.

切組在12小時就開始萌芽了，不切組24小時才開始萌芽。因為被我在奇怪的地方切一刀，芽鑽出的樣子很怪。

Cut group began to sprout in 12 hours , not cut group 24 hours.
Because i cut seed in weird place, the seedling spout out in a strange style.

48小時後
切組 10顆發芽 以有子葉 5顆發霉
不切 9顆發芽

48hr later
cut 10 sprout  already showing cotyledon 5 mold
no-cut 9 sprout

切會加快大概一天的發芽速度，但是最後發芽率差不多。發霉機率會極大的上升。
這可能是因為我忘記給刀片消毒。

結論：這個品種在台灣播種並不需要切，切的位置應該不影響發芽。如果ˋ要切，必須消毒。


cutting speed up sprout  for about 24 hr,but final germination rate is close.BUT CUTING WILL GREATLY INCREASE THE FUNGI .
this may be the consequence of my sloppiness forget to disinfect the blade.

Conclusion:  In Taiwan it is not necessary to cut the seed,
It seems the cut  location did not affect the germination. If cut, disinfect  is necessary .

播種的小苗都發霉了 30株最後發出了30棵 但是發霉24株，最後只有6株活下來，而且狀況都很差。

建議種子要埋土，因為小苗根很長的關係，埋土他才能用正常的姿勢發芽。種子一定要消毒才播種，雖然這次可能是種苗商種子品質的問題，但有了我的經驗，這個風險不該冒！
